The poles for the Baul 5 are made of Durawrap, which ensures their low weight. The use of Durawrap considerably extends their lifetime and enhances their strength and flexibility.
They have a diameter of 8.5 mm and 11 mm. There are four poles in the package with lengths of 1x5950mm, 1x5670mm, 1x4890mm, and 1x1730mm. Number of segments 2x11 (11mm), 1x9 (11mm), 1x4 (8.5mm)

If broken, a Durawrap pole doesn’t split along its entire length, but only at the point of damage, so it can be further used without risk of damaging the tent or causing an injury.
Durawrap - a special polyester film that is applied to the core of a laminate pole. As opposed to conventional fiberglass poles, the use of Durawrap significantly extends their service life and increases both strength and flexibility.
