Description

 

Long-grain rice (24%), red beans (13%), cauliflower, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, dark bitter chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin (E322), vanilla flavour), Chipotle Chilli paste 1.2% (ground Chipotle, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt), corn flour, salt. Allergens are marked in bold.

 

Preparation:

1. Tear open the top of the bag.
2. Remove the moisture absorber sachet.
3. Pour in water heated to 90-100 °C (small portion 245 ml, line E / large portion 550 ml, line A) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season if necessary, and it's ready!

The meal can be consumed directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?

Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within minutes you can restore the food to its original form.

Taste - they taste just as good as fresh. Freeze-drying removes water, not flavour. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all their flavours, vitamins, and nutritional content.

Weight - they weigh less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water from food. This significantly reduces weight, making handling easier and lowering transportation costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.

Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Low storage costs – as they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, making storage much cheaper
