Description

Scrambled eggs with cheese. Eggs (pasteurized whole eggs) 68%, sunflower oil, dried skimmed milk, lemon juice, salt, whole milk, cream (milk), onion, Leicester cheese (milk) 2%, Cheddar cheese (milk) 2%, Mozzarella cheese (milk), rapeseed oil, corn flour, salt, white pepper. Allergens marked in bold.

Preparation:

1. Tear open the bag at the notch.
2. Remove the moisture absorber sachet.
3. Pour in 90-100 °C hot water (165 ml, line G) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season if necessary, and it's ready!

The meal can be consumed directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?

Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods, which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within minutes, you can return the food to its original form.

Weight – they weigh less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water from food. This significantly reduces weight, making handling easier and lowering transportation costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying – one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.

Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life: 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Low storage costs – because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage, making storage much cheaper
