Description

Fresh ingredients were used for 100 g of freeze-dried food:
77 g omelette (eggs, corn flour, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper), onion, sweet corn, 34 g rice, bell pepper (red, yellow, green), green beans, rapeseed oil, corn starch, 7 g teriyaki paste (soy sauce (salt, soybeans, wheat flour, sugar, color caramel), sugar, wine vinegar, ginger, salt, garlic), salt, garlic, white pepper. Allergens are marked in bold.

Preparation:

1. Tear open the bag.
2. Remove the moisture absorber sachet.
3. Pour in water heated to 90-100 °C (small pack 230 ml, line F / large pack 380 ml, line C) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season if necessary, and it's ready!

The meal can be consumed directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?

Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within minutes you can restore the food to its original form.

Taste - they taste just as good as fresh. Freeze-drying removes water, not flavor. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all their flavors, vitamins, and nutritional content.

Weight - they weigh less than fresh. Freeze-drying removes 98% of the water. This significantly reduces weight, making handling easier and lowering transportation costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.

Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life is 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Low storage costs - as they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage, making storage much cheaper
