Description

Enjoy this hearty meal on your expedition or trip. This dish, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is packed with healthy beans in a tasty garlic-herb sauce. This meal is perfect when you need a travel food that will keep you energized to conquer all your adventures.

Mixed beans (48%) (red, white, Borlotti, butter beans, chickpeas), diced carrots, green beans, onion, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, corn flour, salt, white pepper

Preparation:

1. Tear open the top of the bag.
2. Remove the oxygen absorber sachet (non-flammable sachet containing iron oxide to absorb moisture).
3. Pour hot water into the bag (small pack 280 ml / large pack 450 ml) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season to taste if necessary.

The meal can be consumed directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying – one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.

Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Low storage costs – as they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, making storage much cheaper
