Description
Alpine mountain trails are steep. Often quite airy. And sometimes you have to cross a section with a steel cable. In such terrain, you need boots that will hold your ankle in place, provide confidence on any type of terrain, and withstand encounters with sharp rocks.
On wet rock and muddy trails, the Vibram® Duo Radiant sole with a self-cleaning tread will provide you with maximum support. And when descending scree and steep terrain, the integrated Asobrake technology will "slow you down".
The use of a lightweight EVA midsole has removed a few dozen grams from these boots, and consequently, a few drops of sweat from your forehead. What it has added, however, is comfort to every step.
And what about rain, wet grass, small streams? No problem with the waterproof Gore-Tex® membrane, which will keep your feet dry and comfortable.
