Description

The Wildfire 2 features a robust and breathable upper made from recycled synthetic material with a PFC-free mesh lining. A reinforced TPU forefoot provides extra protection against scree and dirt at the front of the shoe. The POMOCA® outsole is designed for precision and sensitivity on mixed mountain terrain, and its butyl rubber compound ensures good grip on rock, both dry and wet. The Switchfit Adjustment system additionally allows for a quick transition from hiking mode to climbing mode with an extra eyelet for better performance on smaller footholds and edges. The Wildfire 2 has a cushioning EVA midsole and offers a fit for greater comfort during walking and hiking. It is equipped with climbing lacing for fine adjustment in the toe area and overall better technical performance, plus a side Kevlar cable net system for improved overall performance and sensitivity.
