EVA foam moulding

This is a moulding made from the material EVA. Its great advantage is its shape memory, which makes it possible for the backpack to adjust to your back – so it fits perfectly and permanently.

ETS (EVA THERMOFORMED SYSTEM) design technology

An anatomically shaped back system that’s been developed to fit closely to your back while still allowing high-quality ventilation of the area. The outer EVA material feels very nice to the touch and has an excellent shape memory. So it will adapt precisely to the shape of the back of the person carrying the backpack. The stability of this construction is ensured by the Y-shaped polyethylene reinforcement.

420D Polyester Ripstop/600D Polyester

This is a very light material that’s tear-resistant. Synthetic polyester fibres improve the product’s ability to resist adverse weather, stop colours from fading, and deal with getting soaked – since they dry really fast. In addition, they are reinforced with a ripstop finish. Fabrics woven using this technology prevent mechanical damage, and if any such damage occurs, they stop it spreading further.

420D ripstop nylon with a waterproof finish

Lightweight and breathable synthetic fibres with sufficient strength and elasticity. They also have a very good UV resistance.
